The first steps you take when launching your business will determine the winners from the losers, especially if you are entering a competitive or saturated category.
I’ve personally launched 13 businesses. Three of them failed miserably. Three were tremendous home runs, where I exited each business with a big-time payday. Seven of them I am currently managing and overseeing with my team out of our headquarters on the historic Downtown Mall inside The Maclin Building in Charlottesville, Virginia.
These seven businesses include:
